At a Glance

A clean, professional rebuild — ready for your review.

We migrated the emfMax site off the legacy GoHighLevel funnel into a fully controlled Reputifly-managed WordPress environment. Every page was rebuilt from the ground up using a single shared design system, with lead capture wired end-to-end.

What we delivered

22 raw-HTML pages published to emfmax.reputifly.cloud — home, our story, products archive, request-a-quote, and 18 individual product detail pages, each with quote-only CTAs (no pricing shown).

Design approach

Inter typography, 20px rounded cards, teal-glow focus rings, and a distinctive animated hero visualisation. Mobile-first breakpoints at 480, 640, 768, 960 and 1200px, with no horizontal overflow at any viewport.

Technical stack

Reputifly plugin on WordPress with raw HTML override (render_mode: display_as_is), layout injection for global header/footer, Google Fonts (Inter), and Reputifly Lead Capture API for form submissions.

Quality guarantees

WCAG AA contrast, semantic HTML hierarchy, ARIA labels on icon-only controls, prefers-reduced-motion honoured, and a test lead submission confirmed delivered to [email protected].

Core Pages — Detailed

The four pages that do the heavy lifting.

For each of these, we note the content we brought across from emfmax.com, what we rewrote for clarity, and what we built from scratch.

Home — /

View live →

Purpose: First impression and conversion hub — frames the problem, earns trust, directs to a quote.

What we migrated

  • Hero headline and 5 testimonials lifted verbatim from emfmax.com.
  • Core “Detect. Assess. Mitigate.” three-phase methodology copy.
  • Brand story anchors from the Choizya → emfMax rebrand.

What we built

  • Custom animated hero visualisation — an isometric house inside a radar-sweep with pulse rings, replacing the stock funnel art.
  • New “Hidden Costs” section with 6 visceral copy cards (stress, sleep, chronic concern, family concern, well-being, home unease) to articulate the real stakes.
  • Product strip with quote-only CTAs (no pricing shown), routing every click to /request-quote.

Our Story — /our-story/

View live →

Purpose: Build founder credibility and position emfMax as a 13-year regional expert, not a newcomer.

What we migrated

  • Max Chua’s founder intro copy and “simple, relaxed conversation” framing.
  • “Since 2013” history anchor and regional presence (SG / MY / TH / Global).
  • Original mission statement and brand values from the Choizya era.

What we built

  • Timeline component visualising the Choizya → emfMax brand evolution.
  • Associates teaser card linking outward to regional partners without disrupting narrative flow.
  • New benefits trio (Improved Health, Peaceful Home, Empowered Knowledge) as a polished 3-card grid.

Products — /products/

View live →

Purpose: Present the full catalogue in one scannable page — filterable by category, all linking to detail pages and a single quote flow.

What we migrated

  • All 18 product titles, descriptors and images from the old /products-list archive.
  • Category taxonomy (Assessment, Shielding, Meters, Dirty Electricity).
  • Product-level short descriptions, rewritten for consistency.

What we built

  • Pricing completely removed — every card shows a green “Request a Quote” button in its place.
  • Category filter bar at the top, keyboard-accessible with clear active state.
  • Uniform 4:3 product imagery with padded cloud-gray backgrounds for a consistent store feel.

Request a Quote — /request-quote/

View live →

Purpose: Single lead pipeline — every CTA across the 22 pages funnels here, and every submission lands in [email protected].

What we migrated

  • Contact fields and consultation framing from the legacy /book page.
  • “What to Expect” copy about the few-minutes discovery conversation.

What we built

  • Multi-select of all 18 products so prospects can pre-qualify their own request.
  • Residential vs. commercial toggle, property-size dropdown, message box.
  • “What happens next” 3-step timeline and live inline status (Sending... → Success) — no redirects, no refreshes.

Design System

One shared visual language across all 22 pages.

The design system was written once in a single stylesheet and then applied to every page. This keeps the site feeling unified and makes future revisions significantly cheaper.

Brand palette

Grounded on the emfMax logo — teal for trust, red as the accent, deep ink for hero sections.

Teal#4DD0E1
Red#E85B4E
Ink#0A0F14
CTA Blue#2B9BE5
Quote Green#10B981

Typography

Inter in five weights (400, 500, 600, 700, 800) with a fluid type scale using clamp() — headings resize smoothly between mobile and desktop without breakpoints.

  • Display: clamp(2.25rem, 5vw, 4rem) / 800 weight
  • H2: clamp(1.5rem, 2.4vw, 2rem) / 700 weight
  • Body: 1rem / 1.65 line-height for sustained readability

Components

A consistent kit of building blocks reused across every page.

  • 20px rounded cards with subtle shadows & hover lift
  • Teal-glow focus rings on all interactive elements
  • Lucide-style SVG icons (1.75px stroke, tree-shakable)
  • Three button styles: Primary (blue), Quote (green), Ghost

Motion

Every transition uses the same 200ms cubic-bezier curve, giving the site a single, calm rhythm.

  • Hero radar sweep + pulse rings on the Home page
  • Card hover: 200ms lift with deepening shadow
  • prefers-reduced-motion honoured — all animations disable for users who request reduced motion

Lead Capture & Integrations

Every form on the site routes to one inbox.

We wired the whole site through a single lead pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks — and tested it end-to-end with a live submission.

  • Account: [email protected] — active and receiving leads.
  • Endpoint: Reputifly Lead Capture API — server-side relay.
  • Coverage: Every quote and contact form on the site POSTs to this endpoint. No CORS, no domain whitelisting required.
  • Form UX: Inline “Sending...” status → success message rendered below the submit button. No page redirects, no lost context.
  • Tested: A live test submission was sent and confirmed delivered to the inbox.
Server-side No CORS Live tested One endpoint, 22 pages

Technical Architecture

How the site is put together under the hood.

The build uses a deliberate pattern: raw HTML deployment with global layout injection. This gives us total design control while keeping WordPress as the CMS backbone.

  • Raw HTML deployment — Every page is deployed via Reputifly’s Agent API using render_mode: display_as_is and raw_html: true, which fully bypasses the default WordPress theme.
  • Layout injection — Global header, footer, CSS, Inter font load, and the lead-capture handler are authored once and applied to all 22 page IDs via the /content/layout-injections endpoint.
  • Image library — 29 source images were migrated from the old LeadConnector CDN into the Reputifly media library, then re-served under the client’s domain so nothing depends on the legacy infrastructure.
  • Mobile-first stylesheet — CSS custom properties, fluid clamp() type, breakpoints at 480 / 640 / 768 / 960 / 1200, with overflow-x safety verified down to 375px viewports.
  • No build step required — Pages are plain HTML/CSS, so updates can be made by hand or via the Reputifly Agent API without any compilation, bundling, or deploy pipeline to maintain.

Quality & Accessibility

Built to WCAG AA, not just “looks fine”.

Accessibility and mobile polish aren’t after-the-fact add-ons here — they’re baked into the shared design system.

  • WCAG AA contrast — All text meets AA contrast ratios. Teal on ink passes AA Large; where body text sits on the teal accent we adjusted the pairing to preserve readability.
  • Semantic HTML — Proper use of <main>, <section>, <nav>, and a sequential H1–H3 heading hierarchy on every page.
  • ARIA labels — Every icon-only button has an aria-label; the active nav item carries aria-current="page".
  • Reduced motion — prefers-reduced-motion: reduce disables the hero animation and all hover transitions for users who request it.
  • No horizontal overflow — Verified at standard viewports: 375px (iPhone SE), 414px (iPhone Pro Max), 768px (iPad), 1024px (iPad Pro / small laptop), 1440px (standard desktop).

What’s Next (Optional)

Follow-ups we can layer on whenever you’re ready.

None of these are required for launch — but they’re the natural next steps once this phase is signed off.

  • Blog migration — 10 EMF education posts from the legacy site can be brought across via Reputifly’s WordPress post API, using a custom Inter-styled post template.
  • Google Search Console — verification and XML sitemap submission to speed up indexing.
  • Custom domain cutover — pointing emfmax.com → emfmax.reputifly.cloud once the client is ready to flip DNS.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager install for conversion tracking on the quote form.
  • MAXi AI chatbot — optional re-launch of the on-site chat assistant via the Reputifly chatbot endpoint, pre-trained on the emfMax content.
